Estimates

A photo estimate or a price we give before seeing the vehicle is a starting point. The final estimate is written after we inspect the vehicle, and hidden damage found during the repair can change it. Your insurance company decides what it pays on a claim.

Appointments

Booking online sends us a request. We call to confirm the day and time.

Messages

We answer messages Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can ask us to stop messaging you at any time, or reply STOP to a text. Please don't send card numbers or other payment details by message; call us instead.

Repair status links

Your repair status link is private to you. Don't share it with people you don't want to see your repair.

Warranty

Repairs come with our lifetime warranty. Ask us for the written warranty terms for your repair.
